Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Please advise a staff member AT LEAST 24 HOURS before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will receive a studio credit and offered the option to reschedule. Please remember, the FULL RATE is charged for any lesson that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
